What’s in a name?
El LOBO… (the wolf)
The Wolf is considered to be a very spiritual teacher; each color of the wolf brings different lessons of knowledge.
The wolf has impeccable senses; hearing, sent and sight, it’s a creature of small community, rarely alone, always with its pack loyal to a fault…so when you cross the path of El LOBO, dear friends…we’ve been expecting your arrival! Welcome to our pack!…

We are very excited to introduce a personal style of preparing Mexican Cuisine, in a home-style setting of small community dining. Our menu brings elevations of modern and artistic flair, to our traditional Mexican roots; delivering reminiscent flavors of old recipes and cooking styles, almost forgotten today.
Homemade turkey albondiga soup (turkey meatballs stuffed with rice and fresh mint in a vegetable broth), marinated slow cooked meats and delicate hand orchestrated tortillas; a true labor of love! Classics like “Chile en Nogada” open fire roasted Poblano pepper stuffed with pork “picadillo” (pears, plums and almonds) drizzled with a walnut cream sauce and sprinkled with fresh Pomegranates, served over a bed of Vegetarian style “frijoles borrachos”…
